Workspace
Workspaces, members and roles.
A workspace holds your team’s lists, saved searches, exports and subscription. Owner, Admin and Member are different capabilities.
Invite teammates
Owners and Admins invite by email. Invitations can be resent or revoked; the invited person must sign in with that email.
Roles
Owner manages billing, ownership and deletion. Admin manages members. Member researches and uses lists according to each list’s access setting.
Leave or transfer
An owner transfers ownership before leaving. A workspace never becomes ownerless.
